An ENR top 25 firm is seeking resident engineers/owner's representatives to run a number of large multi-year, multi-million dollar municipal projects in New York City. The target salary range is from $110,000 - $125,000+ and these are the basic responsibilities:
- Management and execution of construction projects.
- Oversee scheduling and engineering inspectors, resolve any issues related to schedule, quality, or changes.
- Interface with client project management and senior leadership.
- Direct management of up to 15 field staff and subcontractors.
- Collect reports, run client meetings and manage client billing.
