Here is a list of children's books related to civil engineering projects in New York City. These books can be used by teachers, parents, and engineers to help describe things that civil engineers design and build to kids of all ages.

New York City Subway and Empire State Building
Not all of the "subway" system is underground. In some parts of the city, trains run on elevated structures.
